PURPOSE: To obtain a fitting structure of a drain pan of an indoor machine for a top suspended type air conditioner, which simplifies operations for fitting and removal. CONSTITUTION: In an indoor machine for an air conditioner which is equipped with a fan top plate 4 supporting a fan 5 at the back of a drain pan 1 and with an air direction changing vane support member 8 supporting an air direction changing vane 7 at a part above the drain pan 1, an engaging part enabling detachable engagement of the drain pan 1 with the fan top plate 4 is provided on the back side of the drain pan 1, while the front part 1a of the drain pan 1 is fitted to the air direction changing vane support member 8. |
