PURPOSE: To plot graphics fast by changing a side direction stored after color code switching information has been into the direction of a side to be processed unless the direction of the side to be processed that a CPU decides is parallel to a scanning direction. CONSTITUTION: The CPU 101 sets the color code switching information in a RAM 103 corresponding to the display position of the start point of the side to be processed when the direction of the side to be processed is not parallel to the scanning direction and the direction and a side direction stored in a direction storage register have specific side direction relation. Further, the CPU 101 sets the color code switching information at storage positions in the RAM 103 corresponding to respective display positions when the respective display positions on the side to be processed other than the display positions of both the ends of the side to be processed change from display positions as last process objects to a direction orthogonal to the scanning direction. The side direction stored in the direction storage register is changed into the direction of the side to be processed after the 1st color code switching information is set. |
