The Venetian-blind-type roller shutter comprises a number of roller-shutter slats, which have basic slats which are formed from bottom and top hinge profiles 2, 3 and web profiles 4, 11. The basic slats are connected to one another via profiled, hook-like articulation connections on the hinge profiles 2, 3. Formed between the web profiles 4, 11 are through-openings which can be covered by Venetian-blind-type slats 1 which are articulated on the top hinge profiles 3 via profiled hook-like articulation connections. The roller-shutter slats are guided in stationary guide profiles 9 via the lateral web profiles 4. Each basic slat is connected directly to the adjacent basic slats via the top and bottom hinge profiles 2, 3, and the Venetian-blind-type slats are connected to the top hinge profiles 3, at their top longitudinal border, via a hinge-like rotary articulation 16 which is arranged in the region in front of or beneath the profiled, hook- like articulation connections on the top hinge profiles 3. Arranged laterally on each Venetian-blind-type slat 1 is a narrow roller-shutter profile 6, which is connected to the Venetian-blind-type slat 1 in an articulated manner, the narrow roller-shutter profile 6 being connected to one another to form a chain. <IMAGE> |
