PURPOSE: To prevent inferior articles from occurring by excluding air mixed in the resin when a product is shaped by using photosensitive resin. CONSTITUTION: Two transparent thin film sheets 5, 7 are superimposed on each other, and its peripheral fringe sealing part 8 excepting a part thereof is sealed to construct a bag shaped container 3. A specific amount of resin 21 is supplied to a bottom part 19 of the container from an opening part of an unsealed upper side 17. Thereafter, the sheet is partially sealed in a sectioned sealing part at a position above the resin, and the container is sectioned into two rooms 11, 13. Besides, an interconnecting part 15 between two rooms is formed. Air remaining in the container is sucked by a suction means, and the opened peripheral fringe part 8 is sealed. The resin 1 contained in the container is laid on an under side glass 27, and an upper side glass is moved in a direction being horizontal from an inclined position. A side surface of the container is successively pressed to the sectioned sealing part from under to exclude the air from one side room to the other side room. |
