PURPOSE: To finish the adjustment of optical axes by one time, to achieve the low cost and to improve attaching workability by containing the first and second distance measuring sensors in a single case. CONSTITUTION: A casing 30 having a single detecting window 331 contains sensor units S3 and S4 directed toward the first direction (at a slant angleθ1 with respect to the direction of the vehicle axis) and the second direction (at a slant angleθ2 with respect to the direction of the vehicle width) so that both optical axes L1 and L2 are intersected at the front and pass the detecting window 331. Therefore, both optical axes L1 and L2 hold the sufficient intersecting angleθ. Thus, the sensor units can be attached to the single casing 30 without the effects on the triangular distance measuring operation. Especially, since both sensors S3 and S4 are attached at the same time, the space of the attaching place can be readily secured. Furthermore, the adjustment of the optical axes can be finished by one time, the low cost is achieved and the attaching workability is improved.
