PURPOSE: To obtain an automatic rigid package of a heavy object by a method wherein after a tubelike net bag made of a synthetic resin is prepared by fusing a bottom of the bag together with two synthetic resin films by a predetermined width and cutting ends, the object is put, the bag is shaped, and both faces of a mouth of the bag are fused together with the synthetic resin films for sealing the bag. CONSTITUTION: A tubelike net 1 made of a synthetic resin and two synthetic resin films 2 respectively fed from material rollers 3 onto a net guide plate 6 are combined and the net 1 is held from both sides. With only the net 1 slightly fed out, its tip is caught by a fastener 7 and drawn between net guide plates 6'. Fed lengths of the two films 2 are staggered by two touch sensors 11 meanwhile. When the fastener 7 reaches a length corresponding to a net bag, a heater 12 and a cutter 13 which are opposite come close to a bottom of the bag and actuate, so that the tubelike net 1 is fused and cut together with the films 2 for making the net bag, and then the bag is moved to parts for filling an object to be packaged and for sealing. |
