PURPOSE: To break air bubbles on the surface of a synthetic resing foaming solution and smooth the surface by jetting compressed air to the injected and sprayed synthetic resin foaming soln. from a fixed type or traverse type air jet pipe before the foaming soln. becomes creamy to break air bubbles and smooth the rough surface. CONSTITUTION: When a synthetic resin stirred soln. 7 is ejected to and sprayed over a lower surface material 1 by a stirrer 6, air is involved into the synthetic resin stirred soln. 7 at the time of stirring and air bubbles 9 are produced on the surface of synthetic resin foaming soln. In order to break the air bubbles 9 on the surface of the synthetic resin foaming soln. and to contract the air sump. between the synthetic resin foaming soln. and an upper surface material 21 and to smooth the uneven surface of the synthetic resin foaming soln., compressed air 10 is sprayed on the surface of the synthetic resin foaming soln. during a period when the synthetic resin foaming soln. is held to a low viscosity state, that is, before the foaming soln. becomes creamy from a large number of air jet orifices of an air jet pipe 8. By this constitution, the destruction and diffusion of the air bubbles 9 on the surface of the synthetic resin foaming soln., the contraction of the air sump of the upper surface material 21 and the smoothing of the uneven surface of the synthetic resin foaming soln. can be simultaneously performed. |
