PURPOSE: To improve reliability of a connecting part by arranging specified anisotropic conductive adhesives between a conductive protrusion provided on a first base plate and a conductive protrusion provided on a second base plate. CONSTITUTION: A conductive protrusion 13 provided on a first base plate 15 and a conductive protrusion 14 provided on a second base plate 16 are faced to each other. Anisotropic conductive adhesives 12 in which conductive grains 11 provided with conductive layers on their front surfaces of spherical core members having deforming properties, and having the grain diameters of 3 to 5μm are dispersed in the adhesives having insulating properties are arranged between these protrusions 13, 14, and ten or more conductive grains 11 per 100×100μm between the protrusions 13, 14 are deformed by 40% or more, so as to be brought in contact with the protrusions 13, 14.
