The apparatus comprises a central processing unit whose input terminal is connected to a reset unit, infrared sensor, a deep switch, a test switch, and a light emitting diode, and whose output terminal is connected to a subcarrier reception/transfer unit; a DTMF reception/transfer unit connected with the input/output terminal of the subcarrier reception/transfer part; an infrared data transferring unit connected with an infrared terminal of the central processing unit; a current transformer and a current detecting unit connected to one terminal of a relay unit to thereby operate through a control signal of the central processing unit.
