Signal processing system

The processing device (VE) is a transmitting unit and access unit for users and consists of three cross-connects inserted in the transmission network and each having several inputs and several outputs. The structure comprises twelve processing units (UNIT1-UNIT12) and three managing units (AU1-AU3). Each four processing units are connected through a separate line with a managing unit, and these managing units are connected by a common bus (BUS) with the user access unit (UAE). Other components are a clock generator, and a matrix. The modules (MOD1-MOD3) show the reception of signals by means of the LEDs (1-3).
