A vibration sensing switch 5 senses an acceleration and reaches an on-state when rapid shock and vibration of a preset acceleration or over is received and the on-state continues till a reset button 51 is operated. When either the plug switch 4 or the vibration sensing switch 5 is at least in the on-state, a call tone generating section 2 receives power supply directly from a power supply section 6 to activate a buzzer 3 at its maximum output to allow the buzzer 3 to raise a large warning sound.
