PURPOSE: To prevent a connector to be mounted so that an IC card, memory card, etc., can be ejected from being stolen during mounting the IC card, etc. CONSTITUTION: A connector 1 is provided with an eject mechanism of a card type electronic device 9 having an insulator 11 holding a pin contact 2 in line, a guide frame 12, and an ejector 4. And, a lock member 5 is provided at the tip end of the ejector 4, its lock part 51 is engaged with the tip end of the card type electronic device 9 making it impossible to remove the lock member 5 when a key 6 is removed, actuation of the ejector 4 is impeded, the key 6 is moved rotatively after the key 6 is inserted, engagement with the card type electronic device 9 is released, and operation of the ejector 4 is made possible.
