<p>PURPOSE: To discriminate the non-execution of communication at early point of time even in the case of a vehicle of a long length in a vehicle discriminating system for a toll receiving system utilizing a radio wave. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle 7 mounting a on-vehicle machine 8 travels on a lane 20 and passes between both vehicle detecting sensors 1, 2. Interval (d) between the sensors 1, 2 is set up to 4.5m. Since a discriminating part 6 discriminates whether communication is executed or not at earlier time out of the start of passage of the vehicle by the sensor 2 or the completion of its passage by the sensor 1, the execution of communication can be discriminated at early time even in the case of a long vehicle.</p> |
