PURPOSE: To reduce the size of a device and minimize the generation of crosstalk. CONSTITUTION: An optical receiving device array 6 is installed where at least two optical receiving devices 6 are laid out linearly so as to convert an optical signal into an electric signal. A plurality of electrodes 7 connected to each output side of the optical receiving devices 6 are laid out so as to face each other between their adjacent electrodes 6 enveloped with a virtual line which connects the electrodes 7, thereby securing a distance between the electrodes 7 connected to the adjacent optical receiving devices 6.
