SOLID LUBRICANT COMPOSITION

摘要

PURPOSE: To obtain a solid lubricant composition having sufficiently high heat resistance in a state thereof keeping original lubricating performances. CONSTITUTION: This solid lubricant composition is obtained by mixing 5-95wt.% lubricating grease and 95-1wt.% polyamide powder or polyacetal powder alone or a mixture of both, dispersing and keeping the resultant mixture of the powdery material at a higher temperature than the gel point of the powder and a lower temperature than the dropping point of the lubricating grease, cooling and solidifying the resultant dispersion.
