<p>PURPOSE: To stably release electrons by providing a plurality of signal input terminal, the end terminal of each wiring corresponding to each of the signal input terminals, and an additive circuit for suppressing the reflected signal wave in the end terminal. CONSTITUTION: A signal is inputted from a plurality of signal input terminals A for applying driving voltage to wirings in row direction and wirings in column direction, and an additive circuit for suppressing the reflected signal wave is provided on the end terminal B of each wiring provided corresponding to each of the terminals A. Thus, the inputted signal is stabilized, and the reflection and undershoot/overshoot of the signal in the end are suppressed. For example, a prescribed resistance circuit is inserted to the part of the terminal A, and a prescribed resistance circuit is also inserted to the part of the terminal B. Consequently, the transmission replay of driving waveform is delayed, unnecessary undershoot and overshoot are suppressed, and the reflected wave is minimized, so that an element can be stably driven.</p> |
