PURPOSE: To obtain a strap and a strap formulation having excellent anchoring properties between a plaster layer and a supporter, excellent in handleability in a strapping operation and use feeling when strapping, and excellent in takeout property from a strapping material. CONSTITUTION: Using a supporter of three-layered structure as the lamination of a backing material composed of fibrous substrate such as paper, nonwoven cloth or woven cloth or a foamed material, a thermoplastic plastic film having a thickness of 0.3-10μm and a polyester-based cloth having a basis weight of 1-30g/m<2> , a tackifier layer is formed on the cloth side. The strap formulation for treatment or prevention of a disease is prepared by containing a percutaneous absorption drug in the tackifier layer.
