PURPOSE: To provide an image forming device having waste toner recovering structure capable of always stabilizing the mixing ratio of waste toner with virgin toner, so as to prevent a change in an image density, when the waste toner is recovered and used for the processing of a visible image again, without making the size of structure large. CONSTITUTION: The end 12A of a recovering pipe 12 for carrying the waste toner recovered from an image carrier in a cleaning process is arranged in one of the circulating space 3B of a toner retaining part 3 in a developing device 1 and the vicinities of the moving loci of a scraping member arranged in a toner housing part 4 and a stirring member arranged in a toner reservoir part. Thus, the virgin toner or the developer and the waste toner can be stirred and mixed only by using the existent constitution. |
