PURPOSE: To advise a lip color corresponding to the make image of a person. CONSTITUTION: An input part 10 inputs the skin color information of the face of a make-up cosmetics user, group information dividing the taste of the color of that person into groups corresponding to the allowable levels of colors and make image information desirable for the user, the respective information and the lip color suitable for the make image corresponding to these information are stored in a storage part 20, the lip color suitable for the make image corresponding to the respective inputted information is retrieved out of lip colors stored in the storage part 20 by a retrieving part 30, and the retrieved lip color suitable for the make image is displayed on a display part 50. |
