The invention relates to the preparation of a biodegradable and bioadjustable fiber by copolymerizing (PHB-Co-PHV) of polyhydroxy butyl acid, a micro organism derivative biodegradable natural polyester or polyhydroxy butyl acid, a crystalline polymer or polyhydroxy valeic acid amorphous polymer. Also the fiber is prepared from the copolymer(PHB-Co-PHV) of polyhydroxy butyl acid and polyhydroxy valeic acid having 1 to 30 mol % of polyhydroxy butyl acid content, having a molecular weight of 10,000 to 500,000 respectively, and polyhydroxy valiec acid.
