PURPOSE: To provide the light emitting device of a stroboscopic device where the number of assembling processes is reduced by eliminating the need of an independent member which is different from an optical panel pressing a flash discharge tube to a reflector and member control is made to be easy and that is inexpensively constituted. CONSTITUTION: A tube-like flash discharge tube 1 inserted into the reflector 2 constituted of electrically conductive material is constituted to be pressed to the inner back surface of the reflector 2 by a press part 4a provided at the optical panel 4. Thus, the flash discharge tube 1 is pressed to the reflector 2 without using the independent member that is different from the optical panel 4, so that the inexpensive light emitting device of the stroboscopic device where the number of the assembling processes is reduced and the member control is easy is obtained.
