PURPOSE: To provide an inexpensive embossed decorative sheet which is produced with the use of a flexible polyester film as a base material of the decorative sheet, has an uneven embossed pattern on the surface to improve a design property, is suitable for wrapping and V-cutting, and generates no toxic gas such as chlorine compounds when incinerated as a waste disposal means. CONSTITUTION: A flexible polyester film and a heat resistant thermoplastic film are laid to overlap each other so that the heat resistant film contacts the surfaces of a hot roll 15 and a press roll 17, and after the films being heated and pressed, the heat resistant film is peeled off to produce an embossed decorative sheet 1. |
