PURPOSE: To provide an FRP joint for secondary coating of a shield construction method excellent in material strength and stable in quality. CONSTITUTION: An FRP joint is produced by a process producing an FRP pipe A on the outer peripheral surface of a metal mandrel 1 capable of being expanded and contracted in diameter, a process contracting the mandrel 1 to demold the FRP pipe A from the mandrel 1, a process cutting the demolded FRP pipe A into a predetermined size to form an FRP pipe B for a joint and sanding the inner surface of the FRP pipe and a process bonding seal rubber 23 to the sanding inner surface of the FRP pipe B.
