PURPOSE: To easily produce a female mold without requiring a natural rock becoming a mold. CONSTITUTION: A sheet like mold material is formed into a bag shape and irregularly folded to form a large number of pleats 1a and subsequently returned to the original bag shape to form a female mold 1' and resin putty 3 is applied to the inner surface of the female mold 1' to fill the pleats 1a to form a smooth inner surface and, further, FRP 4 is laminated to the inner surface of the resin putty 3 and, after drying, the sheet like mold material is peeled to remove the female mold 1'. |
