PURPOSE: To provide a polypropylene-based film having excellent flexibility, impact resistance and heat sealing property. CONSTITUTION: This polypropylene-based film is composed of (I) 1-99wt.% polypropylene and (II) 1-99wt.% a hydrogenated diene-based copolymer comprising (A) a polybutadiene polymer block containing <=25% 1,2-vinyl bonding and (B) a polymer block as a polymer of conjugate diene as a principal component containing >=50% 1,2-bonding and 3,4-bonding in the conjugate diene component in which (A)-(B) and/or (A)-(B)-(A) block copolymer is hydrogenated and >=70% of double bond in the conjugate diene part is saturated and having (4-70)×10<4> number-average molecular weight [(I)+(II)=100wt.%].
