PURPOSE: To provide a film material which has excellent chemical resistance, scratch resistance, heat resistance, weather resistance, mechanical strength and flame-proofness without impairing entire ray permeability by excellent stain resistance, flame resistance and light-weight properties and particularly disposing modified tetrafluoroethylene polymer on the surface. CONSTITUTION: A film material comprises heat melting processable fluorine resin adhesive layer on one or both surfaces of fiber cloth made of heat resistant yarns having 33.7 to 809.8 tex and a film of modified tetrafluoroethylene polymer having a heat melting processable fluorine resin adhesive layer having a thickness of 10 to 1000μm on the one or both surfaces with chemical resistance, flame-proofness and light permeability. A method for manufacturing the same and a coating material for agriculture made of the film material are provided.
