Energy flow control arrangement

In the arrangement for controlling the energy flow between two systems (3a,3b) includes an auxiliary transformer (9) for coupling the two systems. The auxiliary transformer is fed from a current rectifier arrangement (11,15) with an equal signal intermediate circuit fed by an exciter transformer (17). The current rectifier arrangement includes at least one passive energy storage element (21,19). The equal signal intermediate circuit has an additional controlled energy storage element (23). In one embodiment this energy storage element is charged via the exciter transformer.
