The pallet is made of paper, cardboard and/or cellulose fibre waste. It has a supplementary reinforcing layer (5) made of material which can be recycled. This layer is between the two layers (1,2) forming the bearing surface and the mounting feet (4). The reinforcing layer has passages (6) distributed throughout its entire surface. These passages connect the top and bottom layers to each other on their opposite rough surfaces. The total area of the passages is at least half that of the bearing surface.
