<p>PURPOSE: To enhance ceramic green sheets in adhesive power between them by a method wherein diethylenetriamine derivative is used as plasticizer. CONSTITUTION: 15 parts or so by weight of water, 0.1 parts or so by weight of polycarboxilic acid ester as dispersant, 5 parts or so by weight of diethylenetriamine ethylene oxide adduct, and 0.1 parts or so by weight of anti-foaming agent are added to 100 parts by weight of ceramic dielectric powder mainly composed of barium titanate and kneaded together to disperse ceramic powder. 10 parts or so by weight of water-soluble acrylic resin in terms of solid matter are added to this slurry and kneaded into a ceramic slurry. Green sheets are formed of the ceramic slurry. By this setup, the ceramic green sheets are improved in adhesive power between them, so that an excellent laminated ceramic element component can be obtained.</p> |
