摘要 PURPOSE: To obtain a suitable responsiveness of furnace temp. to a target sheet temp. and to reduce the deviation from the target sheet temp. by calculating a furnace temp. changing timing using a specific condition in the continuous heating of a steel sheet. CONSTITUTION: At the time of passing the steel sheet through a continuous heating furnace and executing the calculation of a furnace temp. changing timing and furnace temp. changing setting control under consideration of the responsiveness of the furnace temp., the furnace temp. changing timing is calculated based on an equatation shown in the caption. In the equation, L is the furnace temp. changing timing (at Lm before reaching a standard furnace position), K is a fixed value,ΔT is the furnace temp. changing degree ( deg.C), (t) is the thickness of the steel sheet (mm), (w) is the width of the steel sheet (mm) and V is the sheet passing velocity (m/min). In the equatation, the parameter k and (n) are beforehand stratified according to raised/dropped changing direction of the furnace temp. and the order of priority to the front and the rear parts for securing the sheet temp., and these values are used in the calculation to decide the furnace temp. changing timing.
