PURPOSE: To obtain the subject pharmaceutical preparation, having strong and selective blocking actions onα1 receptors and useful for improving dysuria, lower uropathy, etc., and containing a tamuslosin free base. CONSTITUTION: This pharmaceutical preparation for percutaneous absorption contains tamuslosin free base of the formula. The pharmaceutical preparation preferably further contains an acrylic or a silicone-based tacky agent and further a percutaneous absorbefacient and/or a dissolvent. The acrylic tacky agent is preferably, e.g., a polyaminoacrylate, containing a fatty acid added thereto and comprising a methyl methacrylate-butyl methacrylate-dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate copolymer, lauric acid, adipic acid, glycerol, aqueous hydrogen peroxide and water and the percutaneous absorbefacient is preferably a higher fatty acid ester, e.g., isopropyl myristate and/or a higher fatty acid, e.g., capric acid. The dissolvent is preferably glycols, e.g., propylene glycol, ethyl citrate, etc.
