The present invention relates to a composition for cardiovascular disease diagnosis including a formulation for measuring a level of NMHC IIA, a cardiovascular disease diagnosis kit including the composition, a diagnostic method for cardiovascular disease, and a drug-delivery compound including a formulation that can combine with the NMHC IIA. By using the NMHC IIA provided in the present invention, occurrence of cardiovascular disease due to turbulent blood flow can be specifically diagnosed and thereby can widely be used for more effective cardiovascular disease treatments.
