The device is designed to reduce impact and noise when closing a door through automatic opening/closing of the door using a motor. The device includes : a door hook (11) installed to a door (10) engaged with a monitor switch (73) and the second safety switch (72); a door opening/closing link (20) fixed to the door (10); a door motor (41) installed at the lower part of a cavity; and a door opening/closing button (80).
