The apparatus is designed to produce and arrange a compensation hologram plate for compensating the location against changes of an arc shaped scanning line and waveform. The apparatus enables to simply the scanning device by changing the location of other optical parts so that the hologram plate may be deflected, which will compensate an arc shaped scanning line linearly.
