<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain prevention of deflection properly by discriminating whether the deflection results from panning or tilting, camera-shake by a photographer or a handling error of the photographer so as to control the correction of the deflection correction means based on the kind of the deflection. SOLUTION: A camera microcomputer 13 receives a signal of a motion sensing section 11 through an A/D converter section 12, a deflection discrimination section 13b discriminates a kind of deflection and provides an output of a control signal to a deflection correction section 14 in the case of deflection information. The deflection correction section 14 corrects a camera-shake based on camera-shake correction data outputted from the camera microcomputer 13. When deflection information due to panning, tilt or user error or the like other than the camera-shake is outputted to a VCR microcomputer 16 from the deflection discrimination section 13b, the VCR microcomputer 16 stops tentatively video recording through a system controller 18 controlling a video signal processing section 17a to move a location of a VCR tape to an initial state of deflection occurrence.</p> |
