Notice board with interconnected front and rear plate

The notice board has a rear (3) and a front plate (2), interconnected by couplers, a first one (4) on the rear plate and a second one (5) on the front plate. One coupler is located on an element with a partly elastic section. Both couplers may be disconnected by acting on the elastic section. Pref. the element is tiltable and one coupler is a pin and the other one a bore, or recess. Typically the element is mounted on the rear plate and forms an integral part of its surface. The elastic section may be formed by reduced thickness of the element material.
