The hand grip serves for holding the UV radiation hand appliance, for the accommodation of the engineering system, for the fixing of the UV lamp (a), as the electrical insulation and also serves as the screening against the UV radiation (e). The fixing plate (c) for the comb attachment is designed with light permeable rods as comb teeth (d). The entire housing (b) is made of insulating, UV light permeable material. The fixing plate is made of a non UV light conducting material, in which the light permeable same length rods are led through. So that a short piece for the lamp projects inside and a longer piece for the surface to be radiated.
