Min vol cooler-lubricator for rotary tools

Rotary tools are cooled and lubricated by a min vol mechanism, consisting of a reservoir and sprinkler and forming part of the basic tool holder, or it is integrated in reductions, extensions and intermediate components between the tool holder and tool proper. Pref only the drive gas, such as pressurised air, is to be introduced into the rotary system of the work spindle and tool. Typically the refilling takes place outside the work spindle in the machine tool via a valve, using a mechanism consisting of stroke device, adaptor head, reservoir, and pressure generator.
