PURPOSE: To provide a zoom lens barrel wherein work for attaching/detaching a zoom brush to/from an outer or inner peripheral ring can be simplified, time for assembly can be shortened and production efficiency can be improved. CONSTITUTION: Concerning the zoom lens barrel supporting a brush holder provided with a zoom brush 10 composed of an elastic material having one part in slide contact to a zoom cord plate 8, which is supported on the outer or inner peripheral ring to be relatively moved in the case of zooming, the brush body supporting part of an outer peripheral ring 7 or an inner peripheral ring 9 for supporting the brush holder is provided with a slide guide part for sliding the brush holder at the time of its assembly and a stopper part for regulating a slide position. Further concerning this zoom lens barrel, the other terminal part of the zoom brush 10 to be slid in contact with the zoom cord plate 8 of the brush holder constitutes an elastic contact terminal in contact with the brush contact terminal of an FPC substrate 16 provided at the brush body supporting part and the contact reaction force of this elastic contact terminal with the brush contact terminal is operated as force for locking the brush holder with the stopper part. |
