摘要

FIELD: high efficiency production of stainless steel sleeves in plants with rolling-off mill for rolling tubes with use of new plug at each pass. SUBSTANCE: back table of helical rolling mill includes arranged behind rolling stand double-arm lever rock- by cylinder and providing plug removal after rolling and delivery of new plug and having recesses for plug and rod respectively on opposite arms; apparatus for feeding plugs in the form of conveyor mounted normally relative to a plane including axial lines of guiding and rolling. Said conveyor has supporting members for placing plugs and for gripping plugs in the form of single-arm lever provided with cylinder for rotating it. EFFECT: lowered time period of operating cycle due to combination of plug removal from rod and delivery of new plug performed by tilting double-arm lever.
