PURPOSE: To provide heat-shrinkable film made mainly of the mixture of poly- lactic acid and poly-caprolactum having biodegradability in the natural environ ment and its manufacturing method. CONSTITUTION: The heat-shrinkable film made mainly of the mixture of poly- lactic acid and poly-caprolactum and having at least 20% of unidirectional shrinkage factor after one-minute immersion in a hot water bath having the temperature of 90 deg.C is manufactured by producing undrawn film made mainly of poly-lactic acid and poly-caprolactum and then stretching the undrawn film at least unidirectionally 200-500% at 90 deg.C or lower.
