PURPOSE: To install columns easily on a slope face without generation of gaps by fixing a reinforced frame to the slope face, inserting columns to an upper and a lower reinforced bar framing, erecting on the slope face, and thereby forming a protection frame for the soil for planting. CONSTITUTION: Soil for planting as foreign earth to be filled up on part of a slope face 1 is protected by a protection frame 3 which is structured so that a reinforced frame 4 is installed on the slope face 1 in such a fashion as surrounding the soil dressing zone P of the soil for planting. Into this frame 4 a plurality of columns 5 are from above inserted and retained in such a way as contacting with one another. The frame 4 is composed of an upper and a lower reinforced framing 6, 7, which are located on the inside and outside, respectively, of the columns 5 to restrict their standing attitude, and a reinforcement for coupling 8 to couple together the upper and lower framings 6, 7. The frame 4 is fixed to the slope face 1 by an anchoring reinforcement 9 for fixation of the frame.
