<p>A hydraulic coupler (10) has two halves (12, 14) connected together and identical bores (12A, 14A) in the halves (12, 14) which together promote laminar flow through the coupler (10). After entering the poppet (64) in one half (12, 14), flow through the coupler (10) is directed to an enlarged flow section (50), through the central portion of the coupler (10) to the enlarged flow section in the other half (12, 14) and then through crossbores (72) in the poppet (64) in the other half (12, 14) and out through that poppet (64).</p> |
