FIELD: building materials industry. SUBSTANCE: solution comprising spent synthetic rubber production catalyst and phosphate binder further comprises mortar and orthophosphoric acid and, as phosphate binder, mixture containing (vol parts): 0.9-1.0 titanium scale; 1.0-2.0 orthophosphoric acid, the ratio of components (vol parts) being follows; 0.4-0.6 said mixture; 0.45-0.5 spent synthetic rubber production catalyst; 0.45-0.5 mortar; and 0.9-1.0 orthophosphoric acid. EFFECT: improved thermal resistance (slag resistance), adhesion and greater shear strength.
