METHOD TO DETECT COMPLETENESS OF PATHOLOGICAL PROCESS AT RESTORATIVE THERAPY OF ISCHEMIC CARDIAC DISEASE

FIELD: medicine, cardiology. SUBSTANCE: venous blood is taken into the tube with heparin, erythrocytes are isolated by centrifuging with subsequent washing off plasma by 0.9% sodium chloride solution and extraction. Lipids are isolated from erythrocytes and phospholipids are classified. Content of each phospholipid component is expressed as a percentage against total sum of phospholipid erythrocytes. Complete metabolic remission is estimated by normalization level of certain phospholipid components. Medicinal rehabilitation is considered to be efficient by establishing terms of metabolic remission prolongation. EFFECT: improved efficiency of restorative therapy in ischemic patients.
