PURPOSE: To provide a controller case and a manufacturing device and a method thereof, wherein water is prevented from penetrating into the controller case even if a welding failure occurs at a spot where a wiring is put through. CONSTITUTION: A controller case 10 of a remote controller is mounted on a wall which water often splashes to control an objective apparatus and manufactured through such a device and a method that the controller case 10 is composed of a base case 11 and a cover case 15 which are abutted against each other, the peripheries of the cases 11 and 15 are bonded together by ultrasonic welding, and a wiring 17 is extended from the reverse side. The wiring 17 is made to pass through between a wall and the back of the controller case 10 at a point located at a lower part 12 of the controller case 10, and a guide groove 27 into which the wiring 17 is made to escape ultrasonic welding is provided to a welding die corresponding to the lower part 12 to form escape A where welding is weak. |
