PURPOSE: To provide a stripping method for a coating member whereby recycling and reusing can be performed in the coating member, needless to say a shaft member, to reduce waste further to be made excellent in safety in handling, in the stripping method for the coating member of coating the cylindrical or columnar shaft member. CONSTITUTION: A reverse member 3 consisting of thin thickness material having flexibility of circular arc-shaped section is interposed between a metal-made rotary shaft 1 and a rubber-made tubular roller member 2, to provide an operating knob 6, stripped from the rotary shaft 1, in a tip end part protruded from the tubular roller member 2 of this reverse member 3, and by pulling this operating knob 6 to a base end side inverted to be moved, the tubular roller member 2, while in/out inverting it in accordance with moving the reverse member 3 inverted, in made to come off from the rotary shaft 1. |
