PURPOSE: To restrain an infant's motion without binding him/her, and prevent deterioration of an atopic dermatitis by passing a ring with a Vecro (R) fastener wrist band through both sides of a belt, providing a crotch belt from the rear side of the belt for attachment thereof to the front side of the belt. CONSTITUTION: A Vecro (R) fastener wrist band 3 are attached to both sides of a belt 1 detachably and adjustably in length, and rings 2 are passed. Also, a forked crotch belt 4 with a length adjusting part is provided on the belt 1 from the rear side thereof, and the ring of the belt 4 is passed through the belt 1 at a forward position. In this case, the wrist bands are made of the Vecro (R) fastener, finely adjustable in length and easily attached or detached. In addition, a more or less allowance is available, due to the existence of a ring, and a hand can be moved, thereby allowing a play with a toy or enabling an article to be manually held. On the other hand, hands do not reach a face. In addition, the crotch belt 4 can be detached at a forward position and, therefore, a diaper can be changed with a preventive belt attached. Also, existence of the crotch belt 4 prevents an upward belt dislocation or reach of one hand to a face.
