An arrangement is disclosed for transferring or transporting small amounts of fluids, such as concentrates, that are dosed by high frequency pulses from a pumping chamber (21, 28a) delimited by inlet and outlet valves (28, 28a, 34, 35, 21). The fluid is conveyed to the mixing zone (15c, 16, 17, 18) where it is mixed with its mixing partner, such as cold or warm water, without letting the mixing partner enter the direct or near outlet (1, 1a, 2, 3) or the outlet pipe (1, 2, 3; 50, 1a, 2a) of the device that accurately and permanently doses the fluid. Also disclosed is a corresponding rinsing process.
