PURPOSE: To provide an electronic equipment with an input pen which allows an operator to execute work for opening a hard cover and taking out an input pen as single operation. CONSTITUTION: The electronic equipment is provided with an equipment body for storing an input pen 2 and a hard cover fixed so as to be optionally opened/ closed to cover the equipment body. The equipment body is provided with a lock button 11 to be depressed from the outside to the inside, a depression exciting member 13 for depressing and exciting the inner end part of the stored input pen 2 to the outside and a cover holding member 16 arranged on the inner end side of the button 11 through a gap 15 and allowed to be depressed by the button 11 advanced until the disappearance of the gap 15. A pen holding member 14 engaged with the pen 2 is connected to the button 11 and an engaging tool 17 to be engaged with the closed cover 14 and disengaged from the cover 14 in accordance with the advancing operation of the button 11 is arranged on the member 16.
